my first batch of purris ever:
today being the 2nd day of Eid here in Berlin
The delicious halwa was prepared by my super-efficient cousin in less than 30m! My purris took a little more than an hour :$

I didn’t have whole-wheat flour, so they turned out on the crispier side, somewhere between purris and paaperrhs. Chance discovery: re-heating them in the micro-wave somehow softened them and gave them the right consistency!
